IRON LOG ("the App") is a workout tracking application developed by Gus Digital Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
In short: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
Data Collection
IRON LOG does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No account or sign-up is required to use the App.
- No name, email, phone number, or other personal information is collected.
- No usage analytics or tracking SDKs are included.
- No crash reporting services that transmit data off your device are used.
- No cookies or similar tracking technologies are used.
Data Storage
All workout data you enter is stored locally on your device only using local storage mechanisms (Capacitor Preferences). This data is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user data to third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.
Third-Party Services
IRON LOG does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not contain any advertisements.
Data Deletion
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by:
- Deleting the App from your device, which removes all associated data.
- Using your device's settings to clear the App's storage/data.
Children's Privacy
IRON LOG does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Since IRON LOG does not collect, process, or store any personal data, GDPR rights are inherently satisfied: no personal data is held by us, you can modify workout data directly in the App, and deleting the App erases all data.
Your Rights Under CCPA
Since IRON LOG does not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
